ABOUT SEA ROCKS JEWELLERY

Each piece of jewellery is slow-made by hand on the west coast of Scotland, using silver, copper, natural gemstones and sea worn glass, hand collected from various Scottish shores.
Some pieces begin with found materials shaped by the sea, others begin at the bench - drawn, formed, and built by hand.
All are made with the same intention: to create jewellery that feels grounded, timeless, and quietly powerful,
Every piece is handcrafted using traditional techniques, no casting, no mass production, no rush.
Materials are chosen for their character and story - whether that story comes from the shoreline, the stone itself, or the making process.
Silver is cut, soldered, textured and finished by hand.
stones are set to honour their natural form.
Inspired by land, sea , and sky - the rhythm of the tides, the pull of the moon, and the symbolism found in natural forms.
Some pieces carry the energy of the coast, others lean into celestial, mythic, or symbolic design.

The Maker
I'm Gill, a self taught silversmith based in Ayrshire Scotland.
My work is influenced by time spent outdoors, beach-combing, and a lifelong pull toward the sea.
Each design begins intuitively, often with the material itself, and is made from start to finish at my bench in my garden studio.
